Accidents happen. Protect your HME equipment.

Even after taking the proper precautions and training your employees well, headsets still end up in the fryer. And in the dishwasher. Keep your peace of mind knowing that the HME Equipment Incident Plan covers your equipment if it sustains accidental damage.

What does the EIP plan cover?

EIP offers coverage for new HME headsets, belt-pacs, and battery chargers from incidents not normally covered under warranty. Replace any combination of headsets, belt-pacs, and battery chargers with up to four replacements.

The EIP service plan covers incidents like:

  • Dropped headset into dishwasher
  • Dropped belt-pac into fryer or grill
  • Dropped headset onto drive-thru path, leading to damage by car
  • Connecting the wrong power adapter and burning the battery charger

EIP protects new HME headsets, belt-pacs, and battery chargers from incidents that occur within two years from the original purchase date of a new system.
