center offers total flexibility to deliver the right message to the right crewmember
or customer, at the right time.
DRIVE THRU MESSAGE CENTER – HOW IT WORKS:
1. Greetings – The most flexible and customizable system there is.
Sequence multiple messages during every daypart, promote specials
and improve check averages. Greetings play when you want and how
often you want — 12 in all!
2. Reminders – Send Reminders directly to an employee's drive-thru headset and keep staff
on task. They can be sent to as many, or as few, drive-thru headsets as you wish. Create your own
reminders, or use the system's prerecorded messages: "Remember to wash hands," "Go on break,"
"Take out the garbage", and more. -
3. Alerts – Inform staff of critical developments affecting food safety and restaurant security.ION IQ makes it easy to sequence a number of greetings throughout the day. Now I have the flexibility to promote different specials at different dayparts. What a difference!
