The Professional Audio Division of HM Electronics, Inc. (HME) is headquartered in the United States. The Vice President & General Manager for HME's Professional Audio Division is J. Michael Hughes, the Product Manager is Rick Molina, and the inside Sales Support Representative is Carmen Rivera. John Kowalski is the Sales Director, and Jennifer Cassidy is the Regional Sales Manager. United States sales and distribution is through a comprehensive network of manufacturer's representatives and authorized dealers. International sales and distribution are through full-service distributors and dealers. HME services our products through our factory service centers in the United States, Canada, and Europe. In addition to our factory service locations, HME provides a 1-800 technical assistance call center in San Diego.
